Jinx

There are not enough words to encapsulate how spectacular this show is. The animation from the Fortiche team, is visually beautiful, with exceptional detail. Every action, gesture, touch, and expression has been so well animated and the level of detail can be picked apart for hours! The animation enables the viewer to feel a part of the world that League of Legends has crafted. 

The world-building and storyline are phenomenal, layered with so many complexities, important themes/topics and hidden meanings. The character arcs - and their development throughout the show are so meaningful and raw. Touching on deep topics, in a way that the audience can relate to. Arcane can make you sympathize, and relate to every single character in some way. I have never connected so deeply with characters, and been so invested in a story before. 

What amazes me the most, is that I can rewatch the show a thousand times, and each time pick up details, and new meanings, and learn something new. The amount of effort that the entire team involved in the Arcane production has put into making Arcane is palpable - from the music, the sound production, voice actors, the animation, the writers and more! Arcane is an emotional rollercoaster that will make you feel all of the emotions (though it is not for the faint of heart), for all the right reasons and will make you question so many things and how you view the world. 

The only critique that I have, is that I would have loved to have gotten more backstory for some of the character arcs. This is only because I want to understand the characters better. 

Whilst I am incredibly sad that Arcane season 2 will be the final season of this story (one that has meant so much to me), I am very excited to see what they do next and I do not doubt that it will be just as incredible. Arcane is an absolute masterpiece that everyone should take the time to watch, and fully immerse themselves in.
